FACTORY VINTAGE SUMMER CELEBRATION
SAN DIEGO – JULY 7, 2008 – Sometimes, you just need to celebrate! Bearing that mantra, Factory Vintage would like to invite you to join our summer celebration! Come join the party at our Beach Cities location in Bay Park.
The event will be held on Saturday the 12th of July at 4120 Napier Street from 4pm – 7pm. We will be featuring local artists and musicians and of course, plenty of one of a kind recycled clothing. This will be the first in a series of art shows throughout the summer and we couldn’t be happier then to start off with local artists Cowboy and Terry Diamond. We are also pleased to have local band The Self Made Men perform, so what better way to celebrate a Saturday evening than admiring artwork and listening to great music with friends.
We are also having our first summer donation drive for local street shelters and charities. So do your part for the environment and donate your old clothes, we will make sure they reach people in need rather than find there way into already-bulging landfills. Each person that donates their old clothing will receive a 20% off discount on their entire purchase.
“We are very excited about our San Diego store setting up a platform for our vintage clothing collection to go along with the local artist and musician to express their art,” states Ricky Coburn, owner of Factory Vintage.
About Factory Vintage:
Factory Vintage is located at 4120 Napier Street, in a space that used to be an old warehouse and Dive shop. The store preserved much of the raw vintage warehouse feel; yet stepped it up a notch by interlacing it with recycled fixtures, light boxes, organic displays and natural plants. The collection ranges from vintage apparel, men's & women's re-constructed apparel, accessories and footwear. Our mission is to create a culture where creativity is always alive and individuality is always encouraged we accomplish this objective through: art, music, and fashion intertwined of the lifestyle it envelopes. Thanks for recycling.
